We consider drivers to be our greatest and most visible asset. Their ability to represent us properly is something we consider hugely important. With this in mind B.P. McKeefry have a comprehensive selection procedure for drivers. Before starting each driver will have passed:

An interview, conducted by a Transport Manager
A company driving test
One week's induction and on-the-job training.

We continue to invest in our drivers during their time with us. External certified training and regular in-house assessments help ensure highest levels of competency among our drivers.
